Michael A. Rein, Esq.

Mike is a 1983 graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law. He's been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 1983 and in California since 1985. Mike is AV Preeminent® rated in Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, with 30 years' experience in business and real estate law.

Lori Paul, Paralegal/Office Manager

Lori has worked with Mike since 1989. She specializes in trademark registration, legal research and drafting of loan documents, deeds and other legal instruments, and handles administrative duties.

Kathy Gaskill, Legal Secretary

Kathy has worked in our Modesto office since 2005, and assists Mike with document preparation and client communications.
